Solution Designed :

• Providing a centralized repository to access documents of all engineering departments with highly secured access configured for all kind of User Roles facilitated the management of their information dispersed across various divisions and helped reduce costs.
• The application can be accessed simultaneously by multiple users for doing data entry and the system provides advanced search feature that allows the users to search and generate reports based on the Department, Project Id and Project Status. Secured access is provided through Active Directory based authentication and Authorized actions are provided based on the User access role.
• Complete lifecycle of the Project is automated using workflows for review and approvals by higher level managers with automatic Email notifications for deadlines of project and for project milestones. The system also provides real time monitoring and tracking of workflow which can be done by managers to know the current status of the project and history.
• Benefits : Overall costs were reduced in retrieval of information and easier tracking and monitoring of work provided more visibility and collaboration to manage their highly dynamic processes.
